Olives: Garlic 'Uns
The Garlic 'Uns as we say in Cumbria are large pitted green olives stuffed with a whole clove of garlic. They are not as fierce as you might think. The clove of garlic they are stuffed with has been pickled so it doesn't have that overpowering firey flavour you would expect to get if you chewed a fresh clove.
