Orzo

This is a superb pasta shaped like a grain of rice. It is excellent in Italian style soups and Greek stews. Or simply as a dish in its self with a sauce or cold as a salad. It is made from 100% durum wheat and cooks in 12-13 minutes. This product is sold in a 500g reusable clamp top jar.
