Could this be the dream olive munching getaway? Sir David Lean's converted French mill in Provence boasts 7 acres of grounds full of olive trees, sleeps nine and is only 20 minutes from Cannes for gambling, shopping and the beach. I think the Oscar winning director caught the mood of the Mediterranean extremely well when he first saw this place and said...

"all I want to do is lie down in the grass under an olive tree and look up through its silver-green leaves and gaze at the blue sky"
